FILM SCREENINGS

All film festival screenings will take place at the Showroom Cinema – a female owned and operated independent movie theatre – in downtown Asbury Park. Screenings are scheduled from 8pm-11pm on Friday, Oct. 18th, 3pm-6pm on Saturday, Oct. 19th and 12pm-6pm on Sunday, Oct 20th. Tickets are required to attend all screenings and may be purchased at the link above.

This accessible space features a large 70-person theatre, a lovely concession stand, and several gender neutral restrooms. All seating is on a first come, first serve basis.

OPENING RECEPTION

The opening reception kicking off the festivities takes place on Friday, October 18th from 6pm-8pm at Parlor Gallery, a beautiful, intimate space owned and operated by women, located just a couple of doors down from the Showroom Cinema.

Light refreshments provided – come to meet and mingle fellow film lovers.

FILMMAKER FORUM

Free and open to the public, the 2024 filmmaker’s forum will be held at the Asbury Park Library on Saturday, October 19th from 12:30pm – 2:00pm.

The conversation will be led by Lizzie Finn, Program Director of the Screenwriting Academy at Project Write Now and Director of Development of Last Stop Productions.

AFTER PARTY

We have a spot reserved at fabulous Black Swan in downtown Asbury Park, where they are graciously extending their amazing happy hour menu just for us! Come on over for a fun and informal festival wrap-up, and another opportunity to meet and mingle with fellow filmmakers.
